EVENT VENUE SUITE

An events venue in a historic building in downtown Fredericksburg had a need to host overnight guests and provide a dressing suite as part of their event package. We gutted the second story space above the venue to the studs due to significant water damage and ill-repair, but maintained the original floors and brick walls. We built back a high end, two-bedroom, one bath, tiny kitchen and living room overlooking the main street below.
